Our cleaning procedures ensure that the space is thoroughly sanitized and ready for your arrival. Here’s what you can expect: • Before Your Arrival: Our team meticulously cleans and sanitizes all areas of the property, including high-touch surfaces, kitchen and bathroom spaces, and common areas. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom essentials. • During Your Stay: For extended stays, we offer optional mid-stay cleaning services. Just let us know in advance if you would like to schedule a cleaning refresh. • Upon Departure: We kindly ask that you leave the space in a neat condition. Please dispose of any trash in the designated bins, load any used dishes into the dishwasher, and turn off lights and electronics when you check out.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
