Parking description

1 car can fit into the driveway and several other cars can be parked free along the neighborhood street. Cars must be managed with us to keep the neighbors happy so the fewer the better.

No smoking indoors Quiet hours outdoors after 11pm Cars/parking requires prior approval for number and type of vehicles Courtyard and hot tub use requires prior approval to use since it is shared with another Airbnb house (this is a triplex)

Outdoor security cameras facing: entrance to unit A, entrances to unit B, entrance to unit C and parts of the courtyard. No cameras anywhere indoors.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

A professional cleaner is hired to deep clean between every booking. She is extremely thorough and has been working here for years with amazing reviews. While you are in the space, you have access to the bathroom and kitchen, which includes two sinks and hand soap, dish soap, clean towels, paper towels, and disinfectant spray.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
