Flexible Video studio ready for your project needs. Great space for video podcasts, Youtube videos, product videos, interviews - anything you want a fully controlled environment for. All windows are blacked out so you can create whatever look you want (but note that no natural daylight comes into space). Lots of bits and pieces of gear that you can use as needed - including stands and lighting available for rent. Bathroom has large mirror with clothes hangers and 5500K lighting so you can do hair / makeup with daylight balanced lighting. Plenty of parking and quiet neighbors. There is some road noise from Highway 260 but nothing a little background music on a video doesn't cover up. 24 hours access ok. Some props and accent items on site and available for your use, plus space is across the driveway from a large consignment store that is a great spot to pick up unique props. Double-sized French door entryway with parking that can pull right up to the door. Very easy load in and load out space - fully private. Camera surveillance monitoring outside space. Total space is 525 sq ft - usable space for filming is 340 sq ft (planked flooring space).

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
