About the Space
Located at the eastern gateway to historic downtown Natchez, this rustic event venue exudes Southern charm and character. The centerpiece is a beautifully restored cotton warehouse with weathered wood and exposed beams showcasing the craftsmanship of a bygone era. Vintage chandeliers and green plants hang from the ceiling to add an old timey juke field to the place reminiscent of Natchez's historic Rhythm Night Club. All rentals include tables & table covers, chairs, unlimited ice, uplighting, and use of our audio system.

At our event venue, the health and safety of our guests is our top priority. Our comprehensive COVID cleaning process ensures a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Pre-Event Preparation: Before any event, our team conducts a thorough deep clean of the entire venue. This includes sanitizing high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, railings, and bathroom fixtures using EPA-approved disinfectants. All event spaces, including seating areas, restrooms, and common areas, are meticulously cleaned and disinfected.
Ongoing Cleaning During Events: Throughout the event, our staff is dedicated to maintaining cleanliness. We regularly disinfect high-touch areas, such as tables, chairs, and bar surfaces. Hand sanitizer is conveniently placed at key points throughout the venue, encouraging guests to sanitize their hands frequently.
Post-Event Protocol: After each event, we conduct a comprehensive cleaning. We replace any linens and remove all waste to prepare for the next event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
