Our first-floor conference room captures the vibrant spirit of downtown, featuring expansive views of the Footprint Center through large windows that flood the space with natural light. The open layout (no-door) fosters a collaborative and welcoming atmosphere, promoting seamless interaction and inclusivity. The room is equipped with a long communal table that seats eight, along with a bartop area that accommodates four additional guests. This space is perfect for a team lunch meeting, interactive workshops/trainings, or a nice brainstorming session! After 6pm on Wednesday - Saturday evenings, this space is also only a few steps away from our own resident bar - Bar Ryan. Perfect for a team happy hour after a meeting session!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
