About the Space
This space is great for Family photography and Senior Photos, It is private for boudoir photography and is primarily a newborn photography studio. We offer a bed that can be folded up, a variety of furniture that can be used, and textures that can be added or removed depending on what your vision is. We also have a full prop closet and client wardrobe available ale for an additional fee.

General Rules
-Please leave the studio the way you found it. All furniture moved back to where it was.
-No confetti, glitter, etc is permitted
-If turning over barn wood, be very carful of damaging walls and actual wood. It's very old and fragile!
-Shall any damage occur, please notify your contact so we can get it evaluated and taken care of! Please note, you may be responsible for covering the costs of damages.
-Clean up any spills or messes. Clorox wipes are provided if they are needed.
-You are welcome to store any snacks or drinks for your clients in our fridge, but please don't take ours.
-Be aware of ALL liquids in the studio! We have had a spill missed and it damaged the floors.
Before Leaving:
- Double check and make sure you have all your belongings
- Take your trash
- Turn off lights
- Lock studio door
-If after 3pm on a week day, or any time on a weekend, lock the front door before you leave and go out the back door (located by the bathrooms) make sure this door is pushed all the way closed)
- Message you host as soon as you leave
* We allow a 1 time "I forogot" :) after that, If any of these are not done you will not have the opportunity to rent the studio again.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can not be removed from the full studio, but can be moved from room to room. Wall decorations in the natural light room can be moved.
No smoke machines allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Camera at top of stairs that watch the door of the studio. There is no camera in the space it self. just one to see who comes and goes, as well as monitor the stairs.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio is throughly cleaned after each session. We do provide cleaning products and ask that all guests utilize them prior to leaving the studio.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
