We have 18 upholstered chairs and a 12’ couch for ample seating options. Layout This open-concept studio features high ceilings and large windows that let in ample natural light, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The main area can be arranged to suit various needs, whether you require an open workspace, seating for meetings, or a staging area for shoots. A cozy nook at the back offers additional seating, making it a great spot for quieter work or intimate conversations. Unique Features & Amenities The space comes fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable seating options, and basic office supplies. A small kitchenette is available for refreshments, and you’ll find a variety of props and backdrops for photoshoots. Ample free parking makes it convenient for your guests and clients.

After every booking, we sanitize high-touch surfaces, refresh common areas, and restore the space to its original tidy layout—providing a spotless, ready-to-use environment for your photoshoots, meetings, or coworking sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
