Welcome to our bright and inviting office space in Pineville, thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of uses. With an open layout, this space provides a cozy yet versatile atmosphere that’s ideal for photoshoots, coworking, and meetings alike. Activities Our space is perfect for photographers looking for natural light and an inviting setting for portrait or product photography. For professionals or small teams, it offers a comfortable environment for coworking or brainstorming sessions, and the layout is flexible enough to host client meetings, workshops, or small group presentations. We have 16 upholstered chairs and a 12’ couch for ample seating options. Layout This open-concept studio features high ceilings and large windows that let in ample natural light, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The main area can be arranged to suit various needs, whether you require an open workspace, seating for meetings, or a staging area for shoots. A cozy nook at the back offers additional seating, making it a great spot for quieter work or intimate conversations. Unique Features & Amenities The space comes fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable seating options, and basic office supplies. A small kitchenette is available for refreshments, and you’ll find a variety of props and backdrops for photoshoots. Ample free parking makes it convenient for your guests and clients.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

This spot was so beautiful! Spacious, clean, inviting and very flexible in all the ways you can utilize it. Loved bringing my group here and being able to spend time together in such an awesome space. And the hosts were communicative all throughout! Very worth it

I booked with Maureen to host a holiday office party. Maureen was fantastic! She answered all of my questions and the process to book was quite easy. She followed up before the event to make sure I had the key code to get in and she gave me two contacts to get ahold of in case there were any issues during the event (there weren’t, but it was nice to know I could contact someone to help, if I needed it). The space is absolutely gorgeous. Neutral tones, floor to ceiling windows and an open floor plan. Everything looked well taken care of. We had 15 people and there was plenty of room to sit and walk around and mingle. I did attempt to store a few things in the fridge, but it was packed with drinks. That was not a problem, just keep in mind that you might want to bring a cooler if you need to keep cold things cold. Parking could be an issue depending on when your event is being held. It’s downtown Pineville, so there is plenty of parking, you just might not be right at the building. We lucked out and were able get a spot right in front which definitely helped with unloading/loading everything. Overall, this was an amazing event space and I would not hesitate to rent it out again.
