First, high-traffic areas like lobbies, hallways, lounges, and restrooms are cleared of debris and dusted. Surfaces such as tables, countertops, and handrails are wiped down with appropriate cleaning agents. High-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons, are disinfected to reduce the spread of germs. Floors are swept, vacuumed, or mopped, depending on the surface type, and waste bins are emptied. The cleaning process is usually completed by replenishing supplies like soap and paper towels in restrooms. Regular cleaning schedules, along with attention to detail, help ensure the common areas remain hygienic and inviting for all users.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
