Our home is a perfect location for commercials and photo shoots. The kitchen is high-end with beautiful appliances and the downstairs is impeccably decorated in a lux modern feel. The finishes in the home are unique yet cozy. We also offer a room with a black baby grand piano, bookshelves, and art. We are flexible in allowing temporary changes to the space to fit your needs! Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, the home will be decorated in a beautiful modern Christmas style, perfect for holiday photoshoots or commercials.

We keep our space very clean. We have cleaners come weekly and in between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
