Conveniently located near Newark Penn Station (a short 3-minute walk), with an adjacent parking lot for an incredibly easy load-in. We are only 18 minutes from Midtown NYC and directly off the NJ Transit and PATH trains for a fast, seamless commute to and from Manhattan (18–20 minutes from NY Penn Station via NJ Transit). Also highly accessible via the PATH train and Port Authority buses (the #108 bus is a direct 30-minute ride to Newark Penn Station). To find us, simply exit Newark Penn Station on the Ferry Street/Market Street side (the exit nearest the Starbucks & Auntie Anne’s Pretzels)—from there, it is a straight, easy 3-minute walk right to the studio doors.
