Ensure all restrooms are cleaned and stocked with essentials like soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and sanitary products.
Wipe down all surfaces and disinfect door handles, faucets, and toilets.
Vacuuming/Sweeping/Mopping:
Clean the floors thoroughly by sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping any high-traffic areas, especially entrances, exits, and dining areas.
Spot clean any stains on carpets or flooring.
Trash Management:
Ensure that trash bins are placed strategically throughout the venue and that they are emptied and lined with fresh bags.
Set up additional trash receptacles for different types of waste (e.g., recycling, food waste, etc.).
2. During the Event (Ongoing Maintenance)
Spot Cleaning:
Regularly walk through the space to spot clean any spills, stains, or areas that accumulate trash.
Clean up any food or drink messes immediately.
Restroom Checks:
Periodically check and restock the restrooms during the event to ensure they remain clean and fully stocked.
Keep an eye on any plumbing issues, such as clogged sinks or toilets.
Trash Collection:
Empty trash bins throughout the event and replace bags as needed to avoid overflow.
