About the Space
This is a beautiful, playful home. Perfect for dinner with friends or photo shoots/filming. Colorful artistic rooms. Beautiful garden. Hot tub and cowboy tub in the back yard. Playful game room with beautiful pool table with air-conditioning. Just one minute from all of the downtown Joshua Tree restaurants, cafes, and gift shops. The house is just 5-7 minutes from the West entrance to Joshua Tree National Park.

Parking description
There is a 3 car driveway. No parking on the boulevard in front of the house, but there is a side street with abundant parking.
General Rules
- No smoking inside the building
- Strict noise ordinance outside after 9:00pm (county ordinance)
- Outside catering is allowed
- Please respect the art and furniture
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Ring camera in driveway and a Ring doorbell at the front door.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We fully clean all surfaces and linens after each guest.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
