About the Space
We are only offering day and night exterior filming photography and commercial use of the frontal or east facing area of our home. No access to side or back area past the gate and fencing. No interior use, or access to restrooms. Ours is a gorgeous 1893 historic registered property, beautiful, majestic, and spooky. Large front lawn for positioning camera equipment. The outside plants change during the season as well as holiday lighting, so before you book the space, make sure the exterior decorations and seasonal lighting are acceptable to you. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
