About the Space
Timberline Crossing is Conroe’s premier private event venue. This historic 10,000 sq. ft. venue is a former ice storage and distribution and cash/gold storage near the intersection of Missouri Pacific and Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe rail lines, just one block from Main Street in charming historic downtown Conroe. It features a large open-plan indoor space, with an upstairs loft/balcony space and adjacent private lounge area, as well as an upstairs outdoor balcony/patio with expansive views of Town Square and downtown Conroe. The downstairs also features a semi-enclosed street-side patio, and a vintage speakeasy-themed bar with it’s own hidden entrance.
The interior decor features a flexible open floorplan, exposed brick walls with plaster insets, exposed white-washed arched wooden ceiling with black iron supports, matching black iron window frames and accents, and polished concrete floors.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
