Conveniently located just a few blocks from Downtown Clarkston, this versatile studio space features a variety of props, lighting, and furniture options. The layout includes: - Main Open Space: Three distinct set options - Large Conference Room: Accommodates 8+ chairs and includes a TV monitor and a large whiteboard - Medium Room: Offers two back wall options and chair selections - Small Room: Features a white panel wall and two comfortable chairs with additional props With a total of seven set options, green screen capabilities, and a black backdrop, the possibilities are endless. Please note that, as the studio is located within an office building with other tenants, we cannot control all noise disruptions, but we will do our best to accommodate.
