About the Space
With vibrant art gallery walls, decor, and an inviting atmosphere, our space is ideal for intimate gatherings such as birthday socials, creative workshops, artist talks, book launches, and networking events. We have chairs and table space that can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people.

Renters can park for fee in front of our store or park for free in a nearby parking lot that is adjacent to our building.
General Rules
We do not allow the following at our venue:
-No smoking in the building
-No pets or animals allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
Yes, our store has active security cameras within our store.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is cleaned daily before we open and after we close to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
