Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

At Alice Playroom, we prioritize cleanliness to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all. Our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the entire play area before and after each event, focusing on high-touch surfaces and frequently used spaces. We use child-safe, eco-friendly products to maintain a spotless and healthy environment. Please remember to bring socks as the playroom is kept clean. But if you happen to forget, we have socks for sale for both children and adults. If you and your child walked out of our club, your ticket will be canceled and you will have to purchase a new ticket on your return (even on the same day)

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
