Small Conference Room
About the Space
Our small conference room can hold up to 6 participants and supports in-person and hybrid meetings equipped with microphones and webcams for seamless interaction. Throughout the year, this dynamic space hosts a variety of community meetings, with rental proceeds contributed to a local nonprofit organization. Comprehensive technological support is provided, including a computer and a large TV. Additional amenities such as whiteboards and flipcharts are available for an extra fee. Catering arrangements can be organized through our dedicated event coordinator.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
