Booking Policies for Chicago in Action Studio At Chicago in Action Studio, we strive to provide a welcoming and well-maintained space for your events. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please adhere to the following guidelines: 1. Setup and Breakdown: We will handle the setup and breakdown of our own tables and chairs. 2. Trash and Food Removal: All trash must be taken out. Trash bins are located behind the building. All food and beverages items must be removed from the premises. 3. Condition of Space: The studio must be returned in the same condition it was rented. Please ensure all decorations, equipment, and personal items are removed. Please do not lean, touch or place anything on mirrors. 4. Cleaning Fee: A mandatory cleaning fee of $75 will be applied to all bookings. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
