The Ornate Townhouse Set (Studio B) is a luxurious stage for photo and video production, offering the look of location with the controls of a studio environment. The set features expansive paneled walls, acanthus leaf crown molding, an ornate mantel, and double doors leading to an adjoining room. The set can be painted or otherwise customized to meet your production needs. Studio B features massive windows that flood the 2,700 sq ft industrial space with natural light. Enjoy Eastern exposure highlighting 180-degree views of the surrounding urban landscape. Our facility is based in Long Island City NY – just a few minutes from midtown Manhattan – and is optimal for small and large-scale productions. We offer an extensive in-house prop and furniture collection, freight elevator, and loading dock. There are conference and lounge areas, and our fully equipped, common studio kitchen. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
