We pay special attention to high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and furniture to ensure a hygienic environment. Backdrops and Props Maintenance: All backdrops are inspected and wiped down regularly to maintain their pristine condition. Props are cleaned and organized after every use to ensure they’re ready for the next creative project. Air Quality Control: We regularly clean and maintain our HVAC system to ensure optimal air quality. During and after shoots, the space is ventilated to keep the atmosphere fresh. Professional Deep Cleaning: In addition to our daily routine, we schedule professional deep cleaning sessions to ensure every corner of the space remains spotless. Flexible Cleaning Adjustments: If you have specific cleaning requests or concerns, let us know, and we’ll happily accommodate them to provide a personalized and safe experience.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
