### Cleaning Process: We take cleanliness very seriously to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all our guests. Before every booking, our space undergoes a thorough cleaning process that includes: - **Disinfection of High-Touch Areas:** All high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, countertops, and appliances are disinfected with high-grade cleaning products to minimize the risk of contamination. - **Floor Cleaning:** The hardwood floors are vacuumed and mopped with appropriate cleaners to remove dirt and ensure a spotless appearance. - **Bathroom Sanitization:** The bathroom is cleaned and sanitized, with special attention given to the sink, toilet, and other frequently used areas. - **Kitchen Cleaning:** The kitchen area is meticulously cleaned, including wiping down all surfaces, appliances, and the island. Any dishes or utensils used will be cleaned and sanitized. - **Waste Removal:** All trash bins are emptied, and waste is disposed of properly after each event. New liners are provided for all bins before the next booking. - **Air Quality:** We ensure the space is well-ventilated before your arrival, and air purifiers may be used to maintain fresh air quality. Our goal is to provide you with a clean and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable hosting your event. If you have any specific cleaning requests, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
