***Promotional Rate for a limited time $40/hr Monday-Friday The studio is an 1100-square-foot dance studio. Has wood flooring Bluetooth Sound system Wall of full-length mirrors. This studio is perfect for dance, performance rehearsals, private lessons, and group sessions. We are located on the south side of Atlanta in Riverdale, Ga Comfortable 30-40 people can rehearse in the space For events like seminars or pop-up shops, you can get up to 75 people to fit in the space standing or seated. There is 1 restroom available This space is wheelchair accessible. ***Please note all events on a holiday are charged at time and a half. ***

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This was a nice facility. The host was very professional and responsive. We needed a place for our glad team Ministry to rehearse and this place was perfect! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. This was a short notice request and our host graciously accommodated our request. We definitely will be using this facility again.
