Flexible Use Space ready for: Small Yoga, Meditation, or other Wellness Class Photography / Videography Studio Meetings and Events Photography: Come to record, photograph, and manipulate your own lighting and effects in a completely dark blackout studio. Equipped with a backdrop stand (with a greenscreen option). Events: Small events can take place here. This includes small film screenings, company gatherings, crafting workshops, and anything with fewer than 12 total guests. Yoga, Meditation, or Wellness Classes: Outfitted with 6 yoga mats and blankets for small classes. General Details: ADA Accessible. 10x16 space Optional projector for watching film. Craft supplies available upon request and for small fee. Includes a table surface, backdrop hanging stand, wifi, black and white printer, water, tea, coffee, kettle, and microwave.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
