Respect our property. Avoid damaging walls, furniture, and other fixtures. Keep your event hours. Please ensure your event, including cleanup and breakdown, stays within your booked time. Overtime will be charged accordingly. No smoking of anything, anywhere inside the building. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. No illegal activities, including drug use. We reserve the right to end the event and contact authorities if necessary. Keep noise at a reasonable level. If you plan to have loud music or amplified sound, please talk to us about this in advance. Outside Vendors: Any catering, entertainment, or other outside vendors also need to comply with these rules and have any required licenses or insurance. All outside vendors must be approved in advance. Clean up and trash: Please load the dishwasher and put any trash in the trash cans/bags provided. Leave the space in the same condition as you found it. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive messes. No confetti, glitter, or open flames (candles) are permitted. No pets unless approved in advance. Service animals are welcome. Keep doors and exits clear at all times. Do not tamper with thermostats, security systems, fire alarms, or fire extinguishers. If there is a heating/cooling issue, please contact us. You are liable for the conduct of your guests and vendors. Any damages or injuries that occur during the event are your responsibility.
