Our space is perfect for team meeting, model casting, seminars, workshops, and creative brainstorming sessions. LOCATION: - Midtown Manhattan: 3-minute walk from 34 St - Penn Station - Easy access to A, C, E, 1, 2, and 3 trains - Close to LIRR, Port Authority Bus Terminal, and City Bike ACCESS - Passenger Elevator available 24/7. - Freight elevator: Mon–Fri, 9am–1pm & 2pm–5pm. For off-hours use, please check with us for availability. AMENITIES - Pantry area with rolling island, microwave, water dispenser, and beverage refrigerator cooler - Changing area with rolling racks, hangers, and steamer - 1 private bathroom (across from the studio entrance, separate from main space) - 2 vanity stations with adjustable stools - Lounge chairs, bench, stools, and chairs - Heating and A/C - WiFi MODULAR WALLS - The two modular walls are set in the default layout shown in the floor plan. - Modular wall adjustment into a customized layout is available as a $200 add-on with at least 48 hours’ advance notice. - Modular walls cannot be removed from the space. We prioritize cleanliness and safety. After every booking, the studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including all surfaces, furniture, and equipment. Fabrics are washed regularly, and the space is well-ventilated for optimal air quality.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
