About the Space
Hi, I'm Parker and I'm hosting a recently remodeled building that functions as a multi use event space. The main indoor space is an open, 2,000 square foot room with 27 foot ceilings with an industrial feel. Adjacent to the main indoor space is a hallway with two restrooms and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has an industrial sized refrigerator and sink. Stepping outside from the main indoor space is a 50x80 manicured main grass lawn with an auxiliary 1,000 square foot secondary lawn. The building is fenced in and gated, surrounded by tall Georgia pines and mature forest. The building is set on 130 private acres with large fields and a 12ft creek. The space would function well for up to 125 guests.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
