Plenty of free parking available right in front of the studio building for easy access.

General Rules

• All children must be supervised at all times. • Candles, Glitter, and confetti are not allowed • Fireworks (including sparklers) are prohibited. • Nails, tacks, or staples may not be used on the walls or woodwork. If the tape is used, it must be the painter’s tape. • Smoking is prohibited in the Studio and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents. Projects involving smoke machines must have our approval before reserving the Studio. • No illicit drug use is permitted, and the Studio reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if such activity occurs. • Music or other sound must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the Studio. • Only water is permitted near furniture and props.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

For the safety and security of all clients and studio property, surveillance cameras are in operation 24/7 within the studio. This footage is solely for security purposes and is stored in accordance with data protection regulations.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

Each booking comes with 10 minutes of cleaning at the end of the session by our team.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
