About the Space

We are a second floor music studio space available for photos and filming. At this time we are not renting for parties, events or studio sessions. We are one block from the beach and famous Venice sign, so there lots of opportunities and cool spots to grab content in and out of the studio. There are two rooms - one being the music studio attached to a kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and lounge area with seating. Connected by french doors is the second room which is a private lounge area perfect for hair/makeup/costumes etc. This room enters to the outdoor patio. Please note that there are two sets of stairs to get to the space. This is a very creative studio perfect for photoshoots or filming. Our instruments (grand piano, piano, organ, drum kit, etc.) and unique props (casket) may be used.

Health and Safety Measures

I have a walkman, I like to go old school, so I put a yacht rock tape on - preferably Christopher Cross. I put on a tank top and flexible jean shorts to allow range of movement while squatting to scrub and disinfect. I use side A of side A Christopher Cross tape to time my cleaning of surfaces. Side B of Christopher Cross tape is used to time cleaning of floors and baseboards. For bathtubs, I switch out to a speedo so I don't trek water all over the already disinfected and thoroughly cleaned floors. Swim goggles provide eye protection while I go to town with the pumice stone.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
