At our venue, we prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests. Here’s an overview of our thorough cleaning process: Before Your Event Deep Cleaning: Our team conducts a deep cleaning of all indoor and outdoor areas prior to every event. This includes sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, mopping floors, and dusting all high-touch areas. Tables and Chairs: All furniture is wiped down and sanitized to ensure it is clean and ready for use. Restrooms: Bathrooms are cleaned and restocked with fresh supplies before each event. During Your Event On-Site Staff Maintenance: For larger events, our team is available to provide continuous upkeep of common areas and restrooms throughout the event to ensure cleanliness is maintained. After Your Event Post-Event Cleaning: Following each event, our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the space, including disposing of trash and resetting the venue for future use. We follow enhanced cleaning protocols in compliance with local health guidelines. This includes: Frequent sanitization of high-touch surfaces. Providing hand sanitizer stations for guest use. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
