Additional Podcast Room with soundproofing, Goovie Lighting Sticks, Two Swivel Chairs, Couch, Coffee Table, Podcast Rode Caster Pro II, Three mics and stands. Space rental includes kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, & plugin tea kettle. Upon request we can provide basic backdrop stand, black, white & green screens, lighting, extension cords. Folding Table & Chairs, Stools, Ladder available as well as some props like plants, Boombox, Peeps Stuffy, 80s/90s themed items or clothes available for rental. I vaccum and mop floors with Pine Sol & Vinegar solution to keep floors clean & Disinfected. All Surfaces are cleaned and dusted regularly with disinfectant wipes for surfaces and throw away dusting wipes for walls. Bathrooms are cleaned on a regular bases sinks, surfaces and toilet using clorox bleach.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
