If you are a photographer, videographer, film producer or drone pilot in need of an outdoor shooting venue or backlot, I have the perfect spot for you. Perfect for any photographer looking for a great location for family or individual portrait shoots. We have set up a number of sets and props on the property that are yours to use as part of the rental. You will find our place to be very quiet, peaceful and private. We are pet friendly (including horses). This is the backlot of our video production facility, so if you are a drone photographer looking to test out a new piece of equipment come rent our property to practice your piloting skills. Private catering is allowed, but we also have a large outdoor summer kitchen with picnic table that seats 24. The epic Creative Co-Op is features 4 acres of land (both wooded and open fields) with a variety of shooting possibilities and complete privacy.
