Before Your Event: • All surfaces, tables, and chairs are sanitized. • Floors are mopped. • Restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked with essentials. • Trash bins are emptied, and fresh liners are provided. 2. After Your Event: • We ask guests to clean up personal items and dispose of trash in the provided bins. • Our team will handle additional deep cleaning, including sanitizing high-touch areas, and mopping. We ensure the space is spotless and ready for you and your guests to enjoy! If you have specific cleaning needs or requests, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
