About the Space
85 acres of rolling hills with 10 acres of vineyard and views for miles. A perfect location for photos or videos of every kind. Only 9 minutes from town, but feels like the middle of nowhere. Photogenic vineyards with a pond with fountain, grassy terraced amphitheater and pergola are available. Outdoor seating "in the vines" is available with farm-style tables with seating for up to 60.

General Rules
It is assumed guests would clean up after themselves outside. Outside food is permissible and cleanup expected of prep and serving areas. Limited availability after dark.

We are an organic/regenerative vineyard, so there is no toxic residue anywhere.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
