The layout includes a large stage area with quiet AC, WiFi, and a bay door for easy load-ins, as well as a secondary space ideal for photography, small-scale productions, or as additional office space. The amenities ensure comfort and efficiency, with a working lounge, kitchenette, makeup and wardrobe room, and a bathroom with shower. At The Budio, we prioritize cleanliness and safety to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for all productions. Our studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every booking in accordance with local health and safety regulations. This includes: • Sanitizing all high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, equipment, and common areas. • Cleaning all amenities, including the makeup and wardrobe room, kitchenette, and bathrooms. • Proper disposal of waste and replacement of trash liners. • Ensuring air circulation and ventilation systems meet recommended standards. We take pride in maintaining a clean, professional space so you can focus on your production with peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
