About the Space
Full production studio on street level for ease of access, in downtown DC near Dupont circle on a quiet street. Full studio gear on site including professional lighting, stands, multiple set options, green screen, black / white / grey backdrops, and much more. Our team can assist with your production or simply provide access to the space for you to have complete creative control. Fast wifi, free parking, and complete sound and light control in the space. Audio recording booth and smaller set with two fireplaces, natural brick, clean white walls, bookshelves, full kitchen and bathroom. In the back, a makeup and waiting room will ensure your talent have a place to get ready. Load equipment in the back alley via two free parking spaces.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
Only food preparation is allowed on-site
Sink, microwave, utensils, plates, cups and a countertop for food assembly. No oven or stove.
