Step back in time and host your next event in our historic art gallery, a versatile space steeped in tradition and equipped for modern needs. Located in a beautifully preserved historic building, this room accommodates up to 250 people, making it perfect for larger gatherings. The space features a flexible layout with chairs and tables available with the rental charge, allowing you to configure the room to suit your event's needs. Our historic gallery space offers a unique setting that inspires all.

General Rules
- All bookings must be made in advance through peer spaces' online system or by contacting our staff through the system
- The gallery is available for use during the reserved time only. Setup and teardown must be completed within the booked hours.
- Any time overage will be billed at the hourly rate in 30-minute increments.
- Only designated gallery areas are to be used; access to restricted areas is prohibited.
Equipment / Use
- Use of the gallery is allowed; however tampering with lights is prohibited without authorization
-No screws may be drilled into the walls for any reasons
- Any damage to equipment, props, or art must be reported immediately and may incur additional charges.
- Personal equipment is permitted but must be cleared out by the end time of the studio rental
Conduct and Safety
- No smoking, vaping, or open flames are allowed inside the studio or event space.
- All participants must adhere to safety guidelines and respect the gallery property.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance:
- The gallery space must be left clean and tidy after use.
- All trash must be disposed of in designated bins, and any spills or messes cleaned up promptly.
- A cleaning fee will be charged if the space is left in an unsatisfactory condition.
- Personal Responsibility:
- The Art Center is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind.
- All users must ensure their equipment and personal items are securely stored and taken with them upon departure.
- Capacity & Guests:
- The maximum capacity of the gallery space must not be exceeded.
- All guests must adhere to the gallery's rules and regulations.
- All users must comply with local laws and regulations.
- Any illegal activities will result in immediate expulsion and possible legal action.
- Users are liable for any damage or injury caused by their actions or negligence.

For the health and safety of all users, our gallery follows a self-cleaning protocol with supplemental sanitation. We ask each user to clean up after themselves, ensuring all surfaces and equipment are left in the same condition they were found. In addition to these self-cleaning measures, our staff performs regular sanitization of high-touch areas and shared equipment using approved disinfectants. Your cooperation helps us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for everyone.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
