Located in Morningside Heights, our newly renovated Lounge with private outdoor terrace provides users with an elegant ambiance perfect for hosting parties or special events. Versatile enough to host groups up to 50 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 20 inside lounge - Seating for up to 12 on exterior terrace - 5 Tables/ Chairs - Shuffleboard - Kitchenette equipped with sink, microwave, and mini refrigerator - Wi-Fi - Power outlets with USB charging **Fireplace is out of order and cannot be turned on Take a 3D Tour https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=EMxHsTjBiGU Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
