About the Space
The Event space has a 700 square foot area and four small rooms that are 120 square feet with two bathrooms. Portable Bar, tables, and chairs to accommodate up to 50 guests in the Event Space. The Vacation Rental can sleep up to ten individuals Has a game room Has WIFI Courtyard between the Event Space and Vacation rental for family and friend gatherings and a BBQ grill. Full Kitchen, Dining room, Sitting Room with Bar, Living Room, Five Bedrooms, and two compliant bathrooms. On two acres of land.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The renter must make sure that the venue is cleaned thoroughly and restored to its original state by the end of the rental period. All trash should be disposed of properly, and personal belongings need to be taken away. Any damages should be reported immediately. If the venue is not returned in its original condition, the deposit will be forfeited to cover cleaning costs. Please note that any self-cleaning arrangements must be discussed with the owner, as we charge a one-time cleaning fee of $350.00.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
