Our thorough cleaning process ensures every area of the venue is pristine and ready for your special day: Pre-Event Cleaning: Before your event, we meticulously wipe down and disinfect all surfaces, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure a hygienic environment. Bathrooms: All bathrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and fully stocked with soap and paper towels for your convenience. Floors: Every floor is mopped and refreshed prior to entry, creating a polished and spotless space. Trash Management: We provide ample trash cans throughout the venue, making it easy for guests to consolidate waste and keep the space tidy during your event. Our commitment to cleanliness allows you to focus on enjoying your event while we take care of the details. At The Tuscan, your comfort and satisfaction are always our top priority.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
