All of this only 10 minutes from Canal St. Logistics The home features a flexible layout designed for hosting events of up to20. Guests will have access to the spacious living and dining areas, perfect for mingling. The fully equipped kitchen can be used for catering prep or self-service setups. If formal seating is needed, this could be accommodated in the front parlor. For an additional charge, a private room can be provided for changing, napping children, etc. • Furniture: Includes 2 sofas, 2 cushioned banquet seats, 1 table and 9 chairs, available for various arrangements. • Parking: Driveway space for 3 vehicles side by side or 5 parked tandem, plus ample street parking. • Access: Easy entry through the main door with no stairs, making it accessible for all guests. Special Rates We offer discounted rates for non-profit organizations and weekday bookings. Additional charges may apply for larger groups or extended hours. The space is professionally cleaned before every event. You are asked to clean any spills from the floor. remove large debris from the floor. Take out the trash. Clean all appliances you may have used during the event. All dirty dishes can be placed in the dishwarer and load started prior to leaving the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
