About the Space
Located in Mooresville at the Avalon Mooresville community, the Resident Lounge is a great area for parties and get-togethers. Equipped with a television, pool table, and shuffleboard table and can fit up to 25 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 19 - Shuffleboard Table - Pool Table - TV (guests need to bring their own HDMI cable) - Kitchenette equipped with mini refrigerator and sink - Wifi Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
