About the Space
Family gatherings, photo shoots, smaller events, film shoots. There is a guesthouse and porch with direct access to street in the front and tiki hut/pool area and yard in the back. Large open side yard (~3/4 of an acre) with pond, boat house and RV (for property manager) This is a working property with a property manager and the owner who lives in the main house full-time. Owner has dogs which are kept inside the main house for any events. They are not allowed to access yard or interact with guest area during events/stays.

Premises are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between events. Pool is professionally maintained and chlorinated.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
