Health and Safety Measures
1. Start by decluttering and removing any unnecessary items from the event space/content studio to create a clean and organized environment for the next guest.
2. Dust all surfaces, including tables, shelves, equipment, and remove all decor items, using a microfiber cloth to ensure a thorough clean without causing damage.
3.Broom sweep the floors thoroughly, paying special attention to high-traffic area for safety.
4. Clean all windows and mirrors with a streak-free glass cleaner to ensure they are spotless and free of smudges or dirt after use.
5. Return all chairs, equipment, and tools back to respect places .
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
