- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The decor is absolutely stunning, with multiple aesthetically curated areas that provide endless creative possibilities. Every corner is designed with intention, making it effortless to create high-quality content in a variety of styles. The lighting was perfect, and the versatility of the space made it easy to transition between different setups. I recently used the studio for a photoshoot for my acupuncture brand, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we stepped in, the beauty and attention to detail were immediately apparent. Every corner of the studio was thoughtfully designed with the kind of ambiance that made our photos feel both calming and elevated, which was exactly what we were going for. What truly made the experience exceptional was working with Dilieny. She was so generous with her time and gave us the freedom to rearrange elements in the space to suit our needs, which allowed us to capture everything we had envisioned and more. It felt like we had full creative control, while still benefiting from the studio's amazing setup. The lighting, textures, and overall aesthetic were just what we needed to bring our brand to life in a way that felt authentic and polished. I’m already planning my next session here and will definitely be returning for future projects. This loft space is big and beautiful! I was there in the middle of the day for a few hours and it had beautiful natural and direct light coming through the windows and just what I needed. I love that there are different vignettes - this made it very easy to shoot a variety of settings in the same location, without having to continually re-arrange furniture. It's HUGE! I was pleasantly surprised to walk in to a space where I could comfortably lay out what I needed to shoot.
