The loft is located in a 200-year-old building, featuring original floors, 16-foot ceilings, 14-foot windows, and skylights. With its south-facing orientation, the natural lighting is chef’s kiss 🤌🏽. THE CREATORS LOFT PRODUCTION BOOKING RULES: [Please review carefully before booking.] Stars & Highlights: ★ 3-hour minimum required for all bookings ★ Rules must be shared with all guests before arrival ★ Access info shared on the day of the shoot Important to Know: ★ This is a 4th-floor walk-up with only a manual freight elevator, you will have to contact the team for use of the elevator. ★ The space is curated with fragile, vintage, and sentimental pieces—please treat it with care. Any damages will be billed via PeerSpace. ★ This is an industrial, warehouse-style creative studio. The space is cleaned regularly, but guests seeking a pristine or luxury environment may find this space is not the right fit. ★ No early access—code will activate at booking start time ★ Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5x the hourly rate. Early arrival and late departure both count as overtime. 1.5 times the hourly rate of $75 is: $75 × 1.5 = $112.50 So for overtime, you'd be charge $112.50 per hour, typically billed in 30-minute increments (which would be $56.25 per half hour). Cleanliness & Resetting: ★ Reset everything to original layout before your booking ends. Take reference photos when you arrive. ★ Use provided trash bags and remove trash at end of booking. You can leave them tied up and placed by the garbage can, the team will take them out. Noise & Conduct: ★ Keep noise to a respectful level. Excessive noise may result in cancellation with no refund. ★ Music must be off by 10PM in line with building quiet hours ★ No items may be stored or left outside the unit ★ Front door must remain closed at all times ★ Partial nudity allowed only for professional production purposes. Lower-half undergarments must stay on at all times ★ No confetti or glitter unless $120 cleaning add-on is purchased in advance ★ No food or drink on white upholstered furniture Stove & Oven Usage: ★ Stovetop/oven use is not included in production bookings. If you’d like to cook or include the stove in content, please purchase the $35 Stove Use Add-On. Otherwise, the kitchen is for aesthetic purposes only. Other Rules: ★ No alcohol or drug use is allowed for production bookings. Floor Residue Notice: ★ Please note: Since the loft is located in a converted warehouse, the original flooring may have a light industrial residue. ★ White socks will get stained if worn without shoes, and placing feet on the white couch or rugs after walking on the floor can cause staining please do not put feet on the furniture. ★ To protect the furniture, do not place bare feet or socked feet on any white surfaces. Additional Fees & Damages ★ If the air conditioner is left on after the booking has ended, a $100 fine will be applied. ★ Any broken or damaged furniture must be replaced at the guest’s expense.
