The venue is approximately 870 square feet with windows facing the Marina del Rey harbor, 15 feet away from the water. Tables and chairs are available as well as an ice chest and small portable sink. The space is perfect for art and photography exhibits, intimate music performances, paint parties, small birthday celebrations, small workshops, meetings and happy hour festivities. There are public restrooms and keyed entry restrooms available after the public restrooms close. Seating for 40.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
