The venue is approximately 560 square feet with windows facing the beautiful Marina del Rey harbor. Tables and chairs are available, along with an ice chest and a microwave. The space is perfect for art and photography exhibits and classes, intimate music performances, paint parties, small birthday celebrations, small workshops, meetings, and happy hour festivities. There are public restrooms and keyed entry restrooms available after the public restrooms close. Seating for 40. A large outside patio is also available for use. Please Note: 1. Chairs, Tables and Tablecloths are NOT included in the hourly rental price and must be rented as an "Add-on." Please make sure to add the requested rental items upon checkout. a. Amplified music is not allowed outside of the gallery b. Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside or outside of the gallery. c. Use of confetti is not allowed inside the gallery d. Parking must be paid in advance at all hours. e. Private Event insurance must be purchased for parties open to the public and of alcohol is served. 2. There are no refunds if the renter decides to end the reservation earlier than the scheduled time. 3. Security, if needed, is the responsibility of the renter. 4. By entering into a rental agreement, the renter agrees to be solely liable for any and all claims arising from the renter's guests during the time of the rental and agrees to indemnify the gallery should a claim or cause of action arise. 5. By entering into a rental agreement, the renter agrees to be solely liable for any citations, fines, and/or penalties regarding alcohol possession, consumption, or unauthorized sales of alcoholic beverages inside the gallery and agrees to indemnify the gallery should a claim or cause of action aren’t If requested, set up assistance is available at $40 per hour

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
