About the Space
This space is ideal for a variety of events, including popups, photoshoots, market week, meetings, and intimate dinners. It features beautiful natural light throughout the day, thanks to its north-facing loft and glass block windows. The unique raw loft design evokes the charm of 90s New York. All furniture is available for use and can be rearranged as needed. The loft includes a full-service kitchen and a bathroom. For photoshoots, the space is great for portrait sessions or small still life arrangements, accommodating a maximum of 10 people on set. For dinners, we can host up to 18 guests (not including kitchen staff), and we offer table settings for that number. As a textile and glassware designer, many of my creations are displayed throughout the space, adding to its character and appeal.

A cleaner is hired before each event to disinfect, vacuum, mop and clean all surfaces.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
