Customizable Pool Ambiance: Choose vibrant waterfall and pool light settings to create the perfect atmosphere. Fully Equipped Outdoor Kitchen: Host effortlessly with: 2 Small Refrigerators 42" Gas Grill Gas Range 42" Charcoal Grill Ice Cooler Sink Indoor Add-On Options: 1st Floor: Available as an add-on to increase guest capacity to up to 100 guests. 2nd Floor: Available based on a custom rate. Please contact the host for details. In Person Tours / Scouting: On-site tours are available to help you explore the property before booking. Kindly provide 2-3 preferred date/time options, and the host will confirm availability. Tour Details: $50 charge for a tour (credited towards final payment if booked). After each booking, we sanitize all high-touch surfaces, including furniture, railings, and poolside areas, using hospital-grade disinfectants. The pool undergoes professional cleaning and chemical balancing to guarantee crystal-clear water. Linens, towels, and any reusable items are washed with high-temperature cycles. Trash is promptly removed, and the entire space is inspected for cleanliness and safety. Additionally, we deep-clean regularly to maintain top-tier standards. Our goal is to provide a spotless, safe, and relaxing experience, allowing you to enjoy your event worry-free.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
