The Estate Large three-acre estate complete with a historic mansion, vineyard, waterfall and climate-controlled barn style venue. The Mansion A 4500 sq ft former home built in 1897 and complete with a southern front porch, large columns, all season veranda and circular driveway and fountain. The mansion is perfect for intimate events, private dinner or meetings for up to 30 people. The Barn The climate-controlled barn style venue is a flexible event space and can host up to 220 people seated banquet style with a dance floor. Complete with a warming kitchen and private suite.

Health and Safety Measures
The venue is cleaned and disinfected between bookings. A staff member also remains onsite to clean the restrooms, dump the trash and ensure the venue is presentable throughout the event. Guests are responsible for returning the venue in the same condition that they received it. All items used by client must be removed after the event or placed in the trash.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
